Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: How do you make sure your quality?
Answer: We picked top-tier LED drivers for our products and we only work with manufacturers that have over 10 years of experience.
Question 2: How long should I expect to get my orders?
Answer: We typically ship out the orders either the next business day or sometimes the same day (except weekends and holidays). The exact delivery time depends on location but expect just a few days to receive your order:)
Question 3: How do I track my orders?
Answer: We will send you real time tracking information by emails and you can also track it on our website by clicking order tracking at the footer menu.
Question 4: How do I return damaged or defective items?
Answer: Simply click on returns on our footer menu or send us an emails. You can also initiate return by logging to your account. We will review it and send you a return label once approved. 
Question 5: I buy in large quantity, can I get discounts on large order?
Answer: Sure, for large quantity order, please send us an email or call us.
Question 6: Do you have more items that are not listed on your website?
Answer: Yes, some of our products are not listed yet but if you need other products, please feel free to reach out to us.
Question 7: When will I receive refunds after returning products?
Answer: Once we reviewed the returned products and approve refund, we will initiate refund on our end. Please allow 7-10 business day for the refund to go through. If you haven't received refund for 15 business days after approved refund, please contact us.

Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging unless the item is defective. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If the product is defective and you want a replacement product instead of a refund, you can also return it and ask for the replacement product in the email when contacting us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
