We typically ship out the orders either the next business day or sometimes the same day (except weekends and holidays). The exact delivery time depends on location but expect just a few days to receive your order:)
We will send you real time tracking information by emails and you can also track it on our website by clicking order tracking at the footer menu.
Simply click on returns on our footer menu or send us an emails. You can also initiate return by logging to your account. We will review it and send you a return label once approved.
Sure, for large quantity order, please send us an email or call us.
Yes, some of our products are not listed yet but if you need other products, please feel free to reach out to us.
Once we reviewed the returned products and approve refund, we will initiate refund on our end. Please allow 7-10 business day for the refund to go through. If you haven't received refund for 15 business days after approved refund, please contact us.
